Return Policy
By placing an order on staplepigeon.com, you agree to the following Return and Refund Policy.
Items purchased in store cannot be returned online and must be returned directly to the retail store within 7 days of purchase.
Items purchased online cannot be returned in-store. To return an item purchased online, please go to visit our RETURNS CENTER and follow the instructions.
If you are unable to use our returns center, contact cs@staplepigeon.com for further assistance.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30 day Return Policy window once you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags. Please note, Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Once orders are placed, no changes to the order can be can be made, so please make sure you are ordering the correct size and your shipping/billing information is correct.
We do not offer exchanges or store credit.
Returns are typically inspected and processed within 5–20 business days after receipt, depending on volume. Please note that once we initiate the refund for your return, the credit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. STAPLE reserves the right to modify, update, or revise its return policies at any time, with or without prior notice. All returns will be subject to the policy terms in effect at the time the return is initiated. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the current return policy prior to initiating a return. No exceptions will be granted for policy changes that occur after the date of purchase.
