Items must be purchased in the same transaction during the Promotional Period. Promotional Period begins Saturday, November 15th at 11:00 AM ET and ends Monday, November 17th at 12:01 AM.

Returns & Exchanges

All purchases made during this promotion are considered final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once the order is placed.

Exceptions:
The only exceptions to this policy are for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
In such cases, please contact cs@staplepigeon.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue for review.

Partial Returns:

If a return is approved for a damaged/incorrect item that was part of a discount, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the discount applied at checkout.

Example: if you purchase an item(s) at 20% off, and you return the discounted item, your refund will equal the price paid for that item, not the original retail value.

Additional Terms

Promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.

Once the Promotional Period ends, all items purchased under this offer remain final sale, even if the promotion is extended or reactivated later.
